So you have a new puppy now what to teach?
Below are the basic command techniques that every dog needs to learn before the age of 1. These basic commands are the building blocks to more advanced commands such as roll over, find, and even more advanced tricks. I have put together a list of the basics and some fun tricks to teach your new bundle of joy. Before you begin, get your supplies: Your patience, flavorful dog treats, your clicker (they are usually cost $1, this however is optional you can just use your tongue and 'click') and your leashed puppy. Remember, always train in a quiet room that your puppy isn't regularly going to be in for play and be sure that there is little to no distractions, it doesn't have to be empty but nothing distracting at first, puppies have a pea sized attention span and they need to stay focused on you.
